Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All video game purchases are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds if:

• The game does not function as described
• You were charged incorrectly
• The game has a critical defect that cannot be fixed

3. Non-Refundable

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Games that have been played or downloaded
• Issues unrelated to the product itself

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
